Coaching
We will review your resume and offer tips on what to include or edit to help your resume stand out. We provide interview preparation through mock interviews and other supporting documents. We also help facilitate the process of negotiating the compensation package.

Candidate Search
We have access to a variety of proprietary candidate databases and make use of lists created from these along with social media and referrals to find candidates that perfectly fit the criteria for your corporation or firm. We pre-screen these candidates with a brief initial interview. Once we determine a candidate could be a fit, we present each candidate with a summary of their experience along with their resume, transcript, and other supporting documents upon request.
Consultation
With our vast knowledge of the legal market, we are able to provide guidance on the movement of the market, market rates, retention policies, and other matters that may affect maintaining attorneys or attracting attorneys to your office
